What I’d Like to See Happen
I’m sharing with you some of the thoughts expressed between myself and my development team… At the moment, when objects are picked up by the pickup tool, they go into inventory as promised by the accompanying text. However, upon tossing the object back out of inventory, it tends to hang at around z=32 or so, instead of finding the floor. The script needs to read “look for the floor or top of box”.
NEW — Powerful Virtual Altar
“The Virtual Altar” — No, it’s not available yet; I’m still working on it, and others like it. I wanted to explain to you the principles behind this 21st century Virtual Command Control, which takes the place of Real Life Act-Outs, which are today called “Ritual”. Acting stuff out is okay, but sometimes expensive and always subject to Outside Disapproval, meaning the Bots get wind that you’re doing something strange, and next thing you know, they’re trying to convert them to one or another of their Bot Religions. So, here’s what magic is, how it works, and how you can use it safely and cleanly to reduce your Karma, get into The Work, and reduce the suffering of All Beings Everywhere.
Ultimate Virtual Experience Angelic Guardians
I thought about it a lot…we now have an engine that will allow you to decorate/design your own game level. Well, there are a lot of “building” games out there at the moment, so that wouldn’t make it stand out in any way from the rest, but one thing might; a magical event that takes place in the orb and is activated and brought about by you. I’ll be discussing it on this morning’s ICW, but basically, you carry angels to their niches, thus activating them. Each angel is named. You find the correct niche and place the angel there. There are a few more things to it, but that’s the basic structure of the “game”. Actually, you’re assembling several choirs of angels into a matrix formation within a giant 3D Tree of Life.

Okay, here’s my plan for my farming orbs: my idea is to make each world, such as House & Tree, Dungeon Deep, Village Square and Dwarf Mine unique and separate from the others, although within a game such as Village Square, you’ll find subordinate areas such as Tavern, Mineshaft, Mausoleum, Vaults of Time, Growing Fields, Storage Rooms and Church Interior. It’ s all very complicated, and I’ll explain why…

There are thousands of arguments for and against evolution, for and against creation, for and against “other”; they’re all so darn* smug, but none of them have got it right. The Evolutionists seem to believe that man evolved (see below for expansion on this comment). This is simply not true, and I can prove it any day of the week at any Raley’s supermarket or Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Toys-R-Us on December 24th of any year; there’s not a single speck of evidence that they’re evolved from anything. The Creationists, on the other hand, are equally convinced that the world is 4000 years old and that everything was created by the hand of God; they’ve got it almost right, but again, they miss the mark on the button. InfinityVille Decoded
InfinityVille is a village that you can build, grow and populate with people, animals and, if you wish, monsters of various descriptions. Magical tools and weapons, plants and beasts await you in this U-Build-It World. When you’re in “engie” — builder — mode, you don’t trigger the monsters, so you can place them as you wish, in whatever angle or direction you wish. You get one of each “prototype” model, from which you can dupe as many as you like. You can even share them with friends. Here’s a rundown of the orbs I’m working on right now:
House & Tree — Easy — This is a simple medieval village that is very easy for the beginner engie to build. My personal recommendation for your very first “engie” orb. Lots of great building problems and placement/rotation problems to solve, and a terrific end result; build it right, and it will look incredible!
Working in Wonderland
I’ve been having a wonderful time in Wonderland this dark and stormy night. Here’s a bridge I’ve put in over Beaver Brook. You can see the Tip Toe Inn on the other bank, along with several Medieval outbuildings and sheds. Just to the left across the bridge you’ll find an outdoor farmer’s market. The Growing Fields of Bob Barker’s Farm are behind you through the Portal Gate. (turn page)
There is Only One Song
Here is an amazing coincidence. For years, I’ve been wanting to find a way to explain the three-chord and four-chord music theory. The fact is that any song can be sung in any key, so creating a set of similar songs is actually easy — it’s been called a “medley” for years and years now — but this really demonstrates the absurdly simple and cave-man level of writing a pop song. Harry Nilsson told me at one particular recording studio luncheon straight off the roach-coach, that it was “stunningly easy” to write a pop song. Several pop song writers of the day including Randy Newman, Paul Williams and Jimmy Webb were at the table, and they all agreed, and by golly, all of them did it and they did well at it. Here’s evidence of the mind-numbing bone-chilling thoroughly Neanderthalic root of mechanical life. This is the stuff that keeps the wheels turning, and keeps thongs and botox running like bulls in the streets. We’ll talk more at this morning’s workshop.

I’m working with our GODD team on a project that will allow you to build your very own personalized Egyptian Temple, suitable for individual use or large processionals. You get to find and place the various god figures around the temple. You can select special pillars and altar items and much, much more. You spawn into a storeroom full of rare ancient Egyptian treasures, storeroom after storeroom. It’s your choice, your decision all the way. After you’ve made your personal Egyptian temple, you might get the opportunity to have it placed for download so your friends can see it, too! Oh, one item of some interest: it came to my attention through personal research that most folks on youtube don’t get there by logging onto youtube anymore. They mostly see the youtube vids on facebook or websites. So if you’re not visiting me at my youtube channel, you’re missing a lot of fun and interesting things that never make it to my blog. Please don’t say it. “Now you tell me.” Sigh. I asked you not to say that. I shoulda said it a long time ago, true, but it never occurred to me that people no longer go directly to youtube. Heck, that’s where the party is!
