Naturally, you know about the Spirit Switch. There’s nothing I need to tell you about it; everyone knows all about it. But just in case you never heard of it before and don’t know what it is, or what it does, I’ll tell you.
Gastown in East Side BardoTown, looking South toward the Overpass.
I took this snapper of the partially completed BardoTown, which is getting a total overhaul to accommodate the particle stuff in the new GODD engine. I’ll be working on BardoTown for a few weeks, hoping to get it ready for a holiday download day. I’m guessing December 1 for a release date. You can snap your own screenshots with F4 and use the shots as screen-savers. That’s how I’m using the above screenshot on my game-writing computer — this month. Yep, every month or so I change the screenshot according to Objective Whim.

Would You Know a Good Deal if You Saw One???
Would you know a good deal if you saw one? If you’re like most people, when it comes to pennies, they’re just these round things in your pocket or purse that you try to get rid of because they’re only good at a checkout counter when you’re using cash, which is rare these days. Good deals in pennies are rare and they are Out There To Be Found — but you have to know what you’re looking for. Most folks don’t see anything at all when looking at a penny, even bright and shiny versus dull and brown or downright rusty green and the date and mint-mark go completely unnoticed. Hey, nobody pays you to notice these things, so why do ’em? Actually, you could get paid for sorting and inspecting coins, and paid rather well, but you can’t just drop your line in the water and expect the fish to jump up into your basket and season and pan-fry themselves, which is today’s Great American Dream. Tune in to the ICW and we’ll talk. Bright & Shiny does not equal Mint. Learn to see.

Whiskey a Go-Go Gazzarri’s Spectrum 2000 The Store & Pandora’s Box
L.A. Warlocks, Sunset Strip Nightclub circa 1966
Problem was, I was the only photographer available, so I took this shot during a performance, with my medium-format Hasselblad at about f.45, shooting toward the side wall from my perspective, trying to eliminate the audience, because it’s supposed to be a band publicity photo. I shoved my alto sax which sort of did horn-section stuff and occasionally alternated leads with the Hammond B3 and the Stratocaster… I took only a moment to snap this, fearing to miss a beat. This nondescript and thoroughly “lost” shot was our only band photo for a few months, until Freep photographer Larry Fein did a photo session with us for the album liner. The album got scrapped but was finally produced in 1973 at RCA Studios in Hollywood, with the help of Al & Ritchie Schmidt, Rick Jarrard, Harry Nilsson, Jerry Jumonville, Jerry Garcia and o thers; it’s now available from CD Baby. It’s called “Live at RCA” and features a large number of friends who just dropped in and played with the original five members of the band — of course we couldn’t credit them. Oh, check out my coinology shop on eBay while you’re here. I’m on my way to work on it now.

Time Travel Made Easy
Back in the 1950s, my dad Horace, who was then the editor of Galaxy Science Fiction Magazine, one of the “Big 3” sci-fi mags of the time, wrote a story for an 800-word gap in the issue, with no time to beg a story from one of his stable of writers…it had to be written overnight. It was exactly 800 words. Short-shorts are very hard to write — trick is to hold the punchline ’til the very, very last moment, without “telegraphing” the ending. In a longer story, the ending doesn’t generally matter much.

Joan of Arc is on the way
Joan of Arc appears from a mystical cloud of plasma — the usual Trans-Dimensional sort of thing you’d expect from a Multi-Dimensional Being Blessed with Sainthood by the local population. She’s available at your beck & call! She’s on the way, in testing right now!!! Oracles can be used to help you sort out issues that are currently blocking you. I’ve been kept abreast (you should pardon the expression) of the work that circle members are doing to propagate Prosperity Path. Wowsers! Keep it up!!!

Using Coins as a Buyer’s Premium
Photo of E.J. Gold by Leon Ames, circa 1972
My friend Leon Ames owned Leon Ames Ford in Los Angeles. His manager, Ralph Williams, bought the dealership and then sold it to his manager, Cal Worthington. I knew them all, and all three of them said the same thing: “Offer a huge stuffed teddy bear and they can’t refuse the deal.”
I have such an item for you; the teddy bear doesn’t work when selling art, but coins will work, because the same people who collect art are aware of the value of coins in a legacy collection. The collection must be very interesting to cause someone to want to buy it. My History Gift Sets are the perfect solution to a Gift Problem! Continue reading
Introducing “Quantum Contact Coin” Sets
Most folks don’t have coins minted in their honor. I wanted to offer an opportunity to acquire coins of interest to spirit mediums and anyone using the Prosperity Path Oracles or Seances. These coins are associated magically with the individuals by a variety of connections and coupling factors, the most obvious of which is the date of the coin.
Emotional Education
We’ve got Physical Education. Phys Ed is everywhere. Brain education is in university. But where is our post-sandbox Emotional Education? You don’t have to believe me; it takes a moment’s glance to see that Emotional Education is sadly — and perhaps dangerously — lacking in our society. Is there a cure? Yes, there is. Watch the ICW this coming weekend.
