If you clicked there, you’ll see wondrous goodies that I’ve created just for this shop. I hope you encourage me to continue with the gallery. These items make great gifts, especially the Jurassic Dinosaur parts and no, I’m not kidding. Dino bones, and they could be T-Rex!
Well, there’s no way to tell without the rest of the skeleton, is there? So it’s marked down for sale at a bargain price. It would be much more expensive if it were provably T-Rex, don’t you think?
I’m working on a new book — actually two books, one about Princess Meryt-Aten, and the other the next in the “chatbot” series, for which I’ve already got 24 amazing covers ready for the insides.
The Meryt-Aten book is about the young princess, daughter of Akhenaten and Nefertiti, whose jewelry I ended up buying at auction back in 1972, from the Egypt Exploration Society, from whom I also got the complete excavation records, within which are black and white photos of items found during the ’35 season, which I photographed in color — the same pieces, see?
I’m in the process of restoring the jewelry and other items as I’m able, but it’s an expensive project, so I put up one of the pieces, a triple-strand necklace.
These are not “mummy beads”. They were found far from burial grounds, actually in the apartments of princess Meryt-Aten in the North Palace.
The glazes used are all recognizably “Amarna Type” glazes, and the excavation records show those glazes were not in common use — they were peculiar to the Amarna workshop.

Okay, that’s it for me for this morning.
See You At The Top!!!
