This is where I worked most of the night, about nine hours of solid work, to get this live sales preview room up for you to see today.
As you’ll note, each item has a direct link to an eBay or Etsy sales page. Add to cart. This is in fact something I’d hoped we could make happen in the Godd engine, but never re-invent the wheel — someone has already done it and it’s at a reasonable price.
I’m asking donations for the museum account, because I’ll be putting hundreds of exhibits up, just because I can.
I don’t need the bones of dead animals or the stuffed remains of rare species. I have my virtual gallery, and that suits me fine.
We’ll be able to do some pretty amazing museum exhibits, because we have so many of the graphics remaining from the museum’s twenty-two-year history of public shows.
I did some more cleanup work on existing spaces — there’s a lot to be done on the early stuff, before I learned how to do this thing.
I’m halfway between start and finish with the movements, but I posted it even though it has areas as yet repaired.
Too bad we can’t set up a sort of cafeteria there, for those who stop by at lunchtime. Anyhow, you can now set up an instant purchase store by linking directly to a specific eBay sales page, and I determined that Etsy works, too — or at least it seemed to work for me.
You need to do due diligence. Check it out for yourself.
This is the most magnificent marketing gift anyone could give me — a LIVE store that reacts instantly to your purchase, and which serves as an inviting and welcoming space for the passers-by who wander in from time to time.
Gotta run, the bell is ringing, which of course means “food”.
See You At The Top!!!
