I’m tickled pink — or is it picked tink? — with my hardware NFT Wallet Card solution, and I’m going full-steam ahead producing several varieties off with which to start, but we should ALSO be looking at the changes at Ethereum, notably their switchover from blockchain to shard technology, which began in 2020 and will be fully operational by 2022, and which will save millions of acres of forest and wild lands.
I can sell millions of dollars of art if I put it out there, because I’m already a Listed American Artist, which means that I’ve been in the business for years and years.
Look, I haven’t done anything in years, but my work is in museums, including the National Gallery, and the collections of the Clintons, the Obamas, and in several royal collections around the world including the collection of King Hussein of Jordan and Queen Noor — she has one of my 22k gold-granulation and emeralds necklaces.
I’m a 79-year-old retired person of age. Really, it’s all I can do to watch the news and write my blogs.
I have no need fame or fortune — been there, done that. I’m doing this just to prove to you that YOU can use this side-hustle to realize your ultimate work-wish and achieve the spiritual evolution for which you came here in the first place.
Look, I’ve had my 15 Warhol-Minutes of Fame many times over, and was a friend of Andy Warhol, who created illustrations for my father’s sci-fi stories, but I not only knew him, I worked in the same studio with him many times in the 1970s.
I was a junior member of the Woodstock Art Association, the Cedar Bar “New York” School of Art, the Pop Artists of the ’60s and developer of JazzArt for IAJE and many jazz performance venues.
If you want a full background and photo evidence in several scrapbooks, just feel free to google me. There’s no shortage of information out there. I’m also a 3d game developer, author of some 75 books, film-maker, dancer, jazz musician, potter, gardener, physicist, blogger, poet, philosopher, healer, and marketing maven.
You can use my former fame to make money in the great side-hustle of arts & crafts. Have fun in the meantime. If you’re a creative person, you’re going to love what’s happening now.
NFTs are selling like hotcakes, but they won’t do that forever. Some of them will continue on an upward curve, but most will soon fade into obscurity.
Anything can be an NFT, anything. A book, a poem, a momentary .mp4 glance, a photo, a photo of a photo, anything that can be reduced to a virtual visual image is probably going to eventually wind up as somebody’s NFT.
There are no limits to the imagination.
One common mistake is thinking that the NFT actually contains the artwork — it doesn’t. You’ll have to store the image on some permanent site, like your own website, or you can post it on the interplanetary cloud, which claims it will be around forever. I doubt it.
So I’m posting the images here on my blog pages. That way, it will serve as a sales floor or gallery, and at the same time, is storing my images which I’m selling as NFTs on opensea.io, get it?
You will receive in the “unlockable” section a path to the page on which your image is stored, which will be typically somewhere on my blog page or on one of our websites.
I have no real interest in selling art anymore, but I am interested in getting my artwork out there just to prove to the youngsters that it can be done, even in this brutal art market.
I welcome this new 21st century “Crypto Art” which can be, as I said, anything that can be expressed or stored in digital format — even .mp4s and audio tracks — anything goes!
You can have any of these images featured on my NFTs just by visiting my blog pages — of course it’s all free, and it’s all over the web.
What costs cold cybercurrency like Ethereum is the OWNERSHIP of the Original NFT that represents whatever it is, payable in Ethereum, the new coin of the realm.
Hey, if you’re an artist and you want to speculate on currency, what better way than to sell your artwork for the digital currency of your choice? You might make millions just from one single Ethereum, if you hold it long enough.
Don’t try to figure it out, just make a name for yourself and get some bucks into your retirement account, or end up as a homeless artist, of which there is no shortage.
There are a LOT of artists I know who are making thousands per month from this gig, and there’s no reason why you couldn’t do the same.
I calculate that if only 350 people in our work circle actually DID this thing and got some NFTs out there, we could see a powerful improvement in our community’s situation.
Even 50 dedicated artists would make a major difference in the course of events, and you’d be surprised what you can do once you give yourself the chance.
I’ll be using workshop time to tell you how to actually make millions in the digital art world. You don’t ever have to apply it to business or practices, but it pays to know about how this hidden world of cybercurrency and digital art is affecting your life every day, whether you’re aware of it or not.
It happens, and you wonder why.
Well, wonder no longer. Maybe it’s time to find out. So here are just a few of the many Ethereum-Based NFTs I have for sale, based on the reduced eco-impact that Ethereum has promised and is starting to deliver; this stuff is totally priced for a close circle of friends — most of my stuff will be at the same price as many of my paintings, anywhere from $35,000.00 to $100,000.00, and that includes New York auction prices.
My plan is to bring my prices up into the million-dollar range, not for the money, but just to see how hard it is to do that. I’m betting dollars to donuts that I can do it, and you can, too, but it takes TRYING, not just wishing and bitching.
Don’t rate or rank your art. Anything is possible, even the junk you manage to produce. Seriously, there’s an audience for anything that can happen in this universe, but you’ll have to work hard to assemble all of them in one place at one time.
That would certainly crash the Zoom server, wouldn’t it?
I’ve wanted for a long time to create a digital one-of-a-kind artwork, and here it is, delivered right to my door by a powerful coterie of programmers and marketers.
I’m ready to plunge deeply into the world of virtual art, and I’m ready with dozens of galleries and collections.
So here are some of the pieces that will eventually find their way onto opensea.io, which is my choice for market — I don’t like the elitist groups that judge artwork by unknown standards, and I will avoid them as I am able.
I recognize the need for preference and group filtering — the huge list of art offerings is very long — but I intend to crash back into the party, just to prove a point. It can be done, and even YOU can do it, right from scratch, with NO reputation, but it’s true that I will have a much easier time than most, just because … well, google me, and you’ll see what I mean.
That’s it for this gallery, please proceed to the next one.
See You At The Top!!!
