New-Found Power

Mwahahahahaaaahaa! That’s a jungle-ish sound made by Tarzan when he has had a stunning realization or a big win over a dead lion.

With me, it’s the former. I just did something that I didn’t think was possible — I promoted an item, a game download page in fact, that delivers “SlimeWars” in a playable package for only $6.95 — but how to market it for no money down, no payments, ever???

Too expensive to actually PAY to market this thing, and very few sales will actually result from any off-the-menu gang like us, but we can only try.

Okay, so where’s the angle? What can I do for ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY WHATEVER that will get the customer to my target landing page where I’m actually selling something?

Well, the only weapon I have has been there all along, and people have been telling me that I can put just about any link in the description, but I didn’t believe it until I actually tried it, just a few minutes ago.

The minute I verified that it works, I jumped over here to my blog page to let you in on it. It’s really a powerhouse idea, and it could bring you some serious success in the sales area, if you apply it judiciously.

Of course, if you’re blatant with it, like everything blatant, you’ll be stopped sooner or later, someone will take exception to your good fortune.

Okay, so originally what I wanted to do was find a video that demonstrates the game I’m trying to sell — in this case, it was “SlimeWars”, a very retro game that plays faster than anything I know of in the modern video game market, but it IS indeed retro.

So I went to one of my youtube channels and found this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuUZ9pgW0rs&t=1s

My first thought was to ask Claude to embed this video in the sales page on goddgames, but then I realized that the opportunity knocked to embed the sales url page into the description of this video, and that’s what I did, and when I tried the hot link, it worked.

Do you dig what that means?

It means that I can publicize a game or a book or a piece of jewelry and then send them directly to the page where they can buy it or download it or read about it or go further through the website.

Wow.

That’s much more than sending them to your homepage. Much more. It means the difference between selling and not selling.

Okay, so NOW you’d want to publicize the VIDEO to get them to the web page, right?

No, you still want to embed the video into the landing page, and then publicize the web page, which is more directly leading to the sale than the video.

I’m going to scour my videos to see what they could possibly promote, and naturally I’ll load up the most popular ones first.

On the other hand, I might decide what I want to sell, then work backward to the video, as I did with this item.

On my way to din-din, will give more data later.

See You At The Top!!!
