I’m the only member of the New York School to have had a show at the Cedar Tavern itself, but I have photo evidence of it, and all the survivors & families showed up! Margaret Randall and Alan Ginsberg were the two top poets of the Beat Generation — beatniks.
Every major piece of available artwork is within the scope of these six full-color scrapbooks. The buyer gets a free copy of the PDF scrapbook relevant to their purchase — they are divided into, as I said, six definite time-lines.
It’s more than just a few pieces, it’s a few dozen, maybe more. You couldn’t ever get the originals from me, but fabulous 24″x36″ metal prints are available at only $1200.00 retail — that’s $600 to you, and you don’t have to pay it until the customer pays, and then it’s made and shipped out to the client’s address.
That means you carry zero inventory and you have potentially millions of dollars of profit.
Here are some designer totes I created, and there are tons more!
You could be selling these Tom X. 24″x36″ large metal prints at $1200 each, and earning a $600 profit on every sale!
And here are some fantasy landscapes from my studio — prices are $77 as you see them.
If you’re not up to a $1200 sale just yet, why not try these buttons and key chains?
There’s a whole lot more, and the scrapbooks make it easy to explain the value and put the sale over in a nice and friendly and informative way, and the scrapbook relates to the piece perfectly.
There are six definite epochs of scrapbooking:
1945-1949 — MoMa Scrapbook — Museum of Modern Art, Childrens’ Art Carnival Exhibits.
1950-1956 – Camp Woodland Scrapbook — Camp Woodland, Downtown Community.
1950-1959 — Cedar Bar Scrapbook — Cedar Bar New York School, Cedar Bar Show.
1959-1969 — California Nine Scrapbook — Otis Art Institute professional art academy.
1980s — White House Scrapbook — Clinton Family White House Collection.
1969-Present — JazzArt Scrapbook — International Association for Jazz Education & others

The whole idea is that we won’t sell these items on zazzle or redbubble — we advertise them elsewhere and then fulfill orders as they come in.
The originals sell for $22,000 and up. At $1200, the buyer can be a much wider range of audience and earning power.

Of course, my best-sellers are the tee shirts, for which we get about a dollar each, but that’s not the point. It’s a Learning Experience, which is what they say when they’re packing up from a zero-sum arts and crafts fair on a rainy weekend.
I invite you to take a tour with me at our morning zoom meeting to see the items that we have up there for YOU to work with — it sure as Hell ain’t the money.

And now it’s time to board the Bardo bus for parts unknown…MIC…KEY…no, that’s the Mickey Mouse Club anthem/theme song. Watch your step, please, and leave Jack Burton alone — you owe him a very great debt.

See You At The Top!!!
