Backstory
The year is 2097. Humanity has established its first permanent foothold on Mars — New Terra Station — after decades of preparation and hardship, in order that a few members of the human population would escape the almost total destruction of civilization on Earth, which was caused by the asteroid Apophis, in July of 2036.
But not everyone was eager to see Mars become a peaceful outpost. An extremist faction known as the Red Legion is trying to take over the small Martian colony.
Using advanced exo-suits that blend stealth and overwhelming firepower, they’ve declared war on the Martian colony, sabotaging systems, slaughtering colonists, and forcing survivors underground.
You are Commander Kane, a former Earth Federation fighter pilot who happened to be off-duty when the Red Legion struck.
Armed with an experimental Black Ops combat suit and the last of the colony’s weapons cache, you are the only person standing between the Red Legion and total annihilation of the colony.
