So I’m starting to assemble my “1000 and Beyond” album, which means writing some songs and producing them as mp3 files, which you can load into whatever you like.
The album comes on a USB card that is hand-titled, and personally signed and numbered, making it a non-fungible item — that is to say, one which cannot be copied.
That doesn’t mean it can’t be counterfeited, but anything can be counterfeited, including a 100 dollar bill.
So what I mean is, “reasonably” can’t be copied without a great deal of difficulty. The advantage is, you have a bill of sale.
I have the cards custom-made with my photo on the front and a certificate is printed, with a space for my signature and number of issue, making it an exceptionally collectible limited edition.
The total run will be limited to the number of orders received in the specified time, which is yet to be determined, for the date of the drop.
Or you can wait until the songs are published on our usual outlets, but it will still cost the same, and you won’t have the collectible USB card.
Electrons cost money, and listings on download and streaming sites is not free for us — we pay plenty to get on those venues and there is no other way.
So here’s a song I wrote, and it could be included — I’m not sure ’til I view the entire output, so this is a song I will produce, but no guarantee in which collection it will ultimately wind up.
My Working Desk-Notes:
- Timeless Journey
- Reflection on the passage of time, creativity, or evolution.
- Titles like The Endless Note or Forever in Tune might work here.
- Cosmic Explorations
- Could explore surreal or universal themes such as planets, stars, or alternate dimensions and realities, plus excursions into the SIM and higher levels.
- Songs like Echoes of the Cosmos or Beyond the Sky could possibly work.
- Personal Reflections
- Tap into moments of growth or experiences that have shaped people.
- Ideas: Turning the Page or The Quiet Triumph might resonate or reverberate with some folks.
- Playful Creativity
- Can celebrate the sheer joy of making music with a light and playful tone.
- Something like Notes in the Air or Dancing Through the Scales might strike a chord with someone.
- Experimental Sounds
- Use unusual instruments or mix genres—folk meets EDM — Electronic Dance Music — or classical symphonic with a twist of rock, like Deep Purple.
- Song titles like Sonic Alchemy or The Fusion Effect could definitely work here.
- Collaborative Spirit
- Songs that create dialogues with people, nature, or technology.
- Titles such as Voices Entwined or Metal Meets Soul.
Possible Spinoffs:
- “What would music sound like on another planet?”
- “If this song were the last message humanity sent to the stars, what would it say?”
- “What is the sound of pure joy, captured in three minutes?”
- “Write as if you’re teaching someone who’s never heard music before what it feels like.”
The Endless Note
Verse 1
It started as a whisper soft and low,
A trembling string, where deeper dreams could grow.
Through endless skies, it traveled very far,
A melody stitched into all the stars.
Chorus
The endless note, it never fades,
A sound on which time can’t draw the shades.
It weaves through hearts, it bends, it flows,
Forever sings where no one goes.
Verse 2
Through fire and storm, it found its way,
A song that danced through night and day.
No hands could hold, no mind could bind,
The endless note, the voice of time.
Bridge
A thread of gold, unseen, yet clear,
Vibrating silence, it draws us near.
Deep in the void, we must create,
The endless note—our common fate.
Chorus
The endless note, it never fades,
A sound on which time can’t draw the shades.
It weaves through hearts, it bends, it flows,
Forever sings where no one goes.
Outro
And when the stars have turned to dust,
The endless note will carry us.
No end, no start, just pure refrain,
A song eternal, an unbroken chain.

The whole secret is to lay the song out on some sort of page — I’m using my blog page presently to demonstrate this, but you can use any page-maker of any sort to do it.
Now when I’ve got the song laid out, I try singing it — really, it doesn’t matter how your voice sounds — you’re trying to work out the phrasing, which is how the words are timed to the song.
Sometimes there’s an extra syllable in there, sometimes one short, and that has to be fixed, unless you have a poetic purpose for the slippage.
You’ll note that the last line of that song violates the rule slightly, with one extra syllable. Could it have been repaired? Sure. I could have said “A song without a broken chain”, but I wanted to have “eternal” in the tag line, so I let it be what it was, a slightly out of phrasing line.
Okay, I repaired the offending lines, and tried again on Suno to get a good mix, but it didn’t hit me right, so I did more, and finally ended up with a free-jazz version that has some kick to it, so that’s the one I’m producing.

Forever in Tune
Verse 1
A world in motion, spinning slow,
Through highs and lows, we ebb, we flow.
Every heartbeat, every sigh,
A symphony beneath the sky.
Chorus
Forever in tune with the rhythm of time,
A melody sung in a wordless rhyme.
We’re the notes that rise, the chords that fall,
Forever in tune, we’re part of it all.
Verse 2
The rustling leaves, the ocean’s roar,
The echoing steps on a distant shore.
The song is there, it’s always been,
A timeless sound beneath our skin.
Chorus
Forever in tune, with the rhythm of time,
A melody sung in a wordless rhyme.
We’re the notes that rise, the chords that fall,
Forever in tune, we’re part of it all.
Bridge
Through joy and sorrow, the music plays,
A guiding hand through the winding maze.
In every heart, a song takes flight,
A quiet flame, a spark of light.
Chorus
Forever in tune, with the rhythm of time,
A melody sung in a wordless rhyme.
We’re the notes that rise, the chords that fall,
Forever in tune, we’re part of it all.
Outro
So take your place, your voice, your key,
And play the tune of eternity.
No end, no start, just endless grace,
Forever in tune, in time, in space.

Echoes of the Cosmos Beyond the Sky
Verse 1
A whisper in the starlight, ancient and free,
A song that crosses galaxies, calling to me.
Through the black and endless sea,
Echoes of the cosmos sing eternity.
Chorus
Beyond the sky, where dreams take flight,
A tapestry of stars ignites the night.
In the silence vast, their voices cry,
Echoes of the cosmos beyond the sky.
Verse 2
A melody woven in the strands of time,
Dancing through the ages, so pure, so divine.
Each note a secret, each chord a sign,
A bridge between the mortal and the sublime.
Chorus
Beyond the sky, where dreams take flight,
A tapestry of stars ignites the night.
In the silence vast, their voices cry,
Echoes of the cosmos beyond the sky.
Bridge
Through the void, the music flows,
In every atom, the rhythm grows.
A cosmic choir, a celestial stream,
The echoes sing of what we dream.
Chorus
Beyond the sky, where dreams take flight,
A tapestry of stars ignites the night.
In the silence vast, their voices cry,
Echoes of the cosmos beyond the sky.
Outro
Feel the pulse of the universe inside,
A song unbroken, our hearts collide.
Together we rise, no need to ask why,
We are the echoes beyond the sky.

Dancing Through the Scales
Verse 1
Paintbrush in hand, a canvas of sky,
A spark of an idea, I don’t need to ask why.
A melody hums, a rhythm takes shape,
I follow the muse, and not just for escape.
Chorus
I’m dancing through the scales,
On notes the wind unveils.
A song that has no end, no start,
Just playful rhythms from the heart.
Verse 2
Fingers on strings, colors in flight,
A swirl of creation lights up the night.
No rules to bind, no lines to stay,
The world is my playground, I make it my way.
Chorus
I’m dancing through the scales,
On notes the wind unveils.
A song that has no end, no start,
Just playful rhythms from the heart.
Bridge
The wonder of trying, the beauty of new,
Each misstep a lesson, a doorway through.
Imagination leaps, like a child at play,
And I’ll keep dancing every day.
Chorus
I’m dancing through the scales,
On notes the wind unveils.
A song that has no end, no start,
Just playful rhythms from the heart.
Outro
Come and join us, let’s make dreams come true,
A masterpiece waiting, inside me and you.
Together we’ll dance, no fear and no fails,
Forever creating, we’ll dance through the scales.
