I’ve managed to create a bot game in CTF and dozens of CTF levels in which to game, along with a very large number of Arena Style DeathMatch games, and I have developed here a small number of possible strategies for you to help me introduce the Bardo Experience, brought about by the use of my Bardo Tools in the GoDD 3D AI Engine which create alternate world experiences.
Here are my sales points for this incredible opportunity:
- It’s a Limited-Time Offer: The availability of these special Bardo tools is limited and they are being offered for a limited time only. This is a rare opportunity to acquire these unique tools.
- You Get Exclusive Access: I want to emphasize that my Bardo tools are available exclusively to a select number of buyers. Once the slots are filled, the opportunity to access these tools may not come around again.
- Special Bonus: I’m offering a time-limited special bonus for those who purchase my Bardo tools within the next few months. This will include additional content, resources, and a guaranteed discounted price.
- Countdown Timer: If I had one, I’d display a visible countdown timer on my sales page or promotional materials. This creates a visual reminder of the limited time remaining to make a purchase.
- Early Bird Discount: There’s an early bird discount for the first few buyers who take action quickly. This can incentivize some potential buyers to make a decision sooner rather than later.
- Limited Copies: There are only a limited number of spaces in my Bardo tools workshops. Once they’re gone, you might miss out on this opportunity.
- Upcoming Price Increase: The price of my Bardo tools will be increasing in the near future. I encourage potential buyers to lock in the current lower price by purchasing now.
- Testimonials and Success Stories: You are invited to share testimonials or success stories which can create a sense of FOMO (fear of missing out) and motivate others to take action where they would otherwise just tune it out.
- Special Event Tie-In: Bardo tools are perfect for the Christmas season, and buyers should act quickly to fully utilize them.
- High Demand: There has been a high level of interest and demand for my new Bardo tools. They are becoming increasingly popular, but due to political mishaps, they might not be available for much longer.
Step-by-Step Guides: I intend to offer detailed instructions on how to connect and play your CTF maps online and how to create their own personalized MODS from the existing MODDER MAP.
This can help potential buyers understand that — although it might require a bit of persistence on their part, combined with the ability to overcome personal boredom — the resulting “GODDING and MODDING” experiences are completely unusual.
This experience is something you would never ordinarily encounter, with a learning experience that is well worth the extra effort, and is unobtainable in any other way.
Now as far as exciting goes, here’s a list of complete games that you can download and play, to get an idea of the range and gaming potential in the Godd Engine and in my starter maps that you can alter to suit your style.
The CTF maps are particularly interesting, and the amazing thing is that, although they are several centuries old — that may be a slight exaggeration — they still work!
All you need to do to make them work is figure out how to hook up online into a single game that acts as server.
It’s not easy, but it’s not impossible:
1. open your godd engine and press “host”. You’ll get a pop-up of “Godd Host Setup”.
2. Enter any greeting you might want into the greeting section, or leave it blank. You won’t be playing with any strangers, so this is not an important issue. I prefer to leave it blank — the fewer complications there are, the less to go wrong.
3. Copy and note the Host Address, and convey that address to any game participants that might be coming into the game, once it’s established.
4. The next line down is your Port Address. Note this group of numbers.
5. Enter your choice of Orb Name and press OK.
That’s it. You should be in a Host Game, and all you need now is for someone to figure out how to join it … that should be simple.
How to Join an online Godd CTF or PvP Game:
1. When invoking the Godd Engine, select “JOIN”.
2. There are only two options. Enter the IP address of the HOST game.
3. Enter the Port Number of the game.
4. Press OK.
That’s it. You’re now in an online GoDD game with other players!
Of course there are online issues and server issues and such, and those may or may not come into play.
The process of MODDING may be of some interest, and we’ll talk about that in the coming workshops.
By the way, I’ve finally perfected my BOT CTF games, and I’ll be creating new maps that you can use SOLO offline and still have a game with others. Bots.
See You At The Top!!!
