Here are a bunch of greenscreens I’ve been working on for a while now — they feature various scenic backdrops that I made in the Ashram. On entry into the Ashram, find and take the green teleport egg to “BardoTown”.
The whole idea of green screen backdrops came to me as I was sitting around on zoom one day, and I’ve been at it ever since.
Believe me, it’s a whole lot better than watching the Democrats drop the ball — the Republicans are the only ones fighting, and the Democrats look on with total disbelief and disengagement.
If you ever hope to function in a dysfunctional world like the World of Trump, you’ll need to learn to compartmentalize — to turn off all the chatter and all the misery and suffering that come about from mean people.
There are some people who are so scared of every little thing that they lash out with badness — for those people, the cruelty is the point, and they like to cause death and drama all around them, and they often succeed, but don’t let that deter you from going on zoom until you drop.
You can actually accomplish a major portion of your current mission here on Planet Earth — learn to communicate directly with a group of people over the internet, with a flats video screen in front of you at desktop level, just the way it is in the Higher Dimensions.
Well, not exactly the same, but very similar — you’re in communication with folks that you couldn’t prove exist, which is the same thing as joining an all-bot discussion group, and you have only this contact between yourselves.
Like I said, just like the Real World.
Of course, there are some minor differences. For one thing, instead of visualization, you get a video screen and audio signals translated into sound, and instead of telepathy, you have to use a keyboard to send text.
Speaking into a microphone gives the impression that you’re talking, and responses indicate that you are listening — it’s all very simply done with textures and soundbytes.
The main difference is that in your current local world, you can actually taste what you eat and feel the impact of a mosquito on your imaginary flesh.
Most of the time, the backdrop is not important, but once in a while, it’s very important, and if you’re broadcasting from the BardoTown cemetery, you’ll have that extra jolt that comes from livestreaming from the land of the dead.
How many times have you been inside a fifties diner and wished you had a cellphone? By the time the cell came along, the diners were mostly gone, but now you can appear daily in Grampa Henry’s Diner just by selecting it on your greenscreen menu.
Angelic Embassy is a handy backdrop if you’re an angel.
Even if you’re just practicing being an angel, the Angelic Embassy is a good address. You can appear here and offer practical suggestions and commentaries from the Higher Ups.
You can get all the powerups you need at the Compleat Enchanter, as you can see by the sign over the door.
You should always power up before a meeting, conference or class, achieving the tone you want to impart to your council. It’s also a good idea if you’re offering coaching or performing Special Prayer for someone.
The thing about books is that they can be a doorway into a world or an examination of a microcosm world, and you can still sell a great book at a profit if you know your stuff.
It’s not so easy when it comes to grand opera — there’s a lot going on. This interior is good for lectures on any kind of music.
You can’t trust anyone anymore, is the lesson of the day. Everyone is under suspicion, and you are among the most untrustworthy, especially if you cross-dress.
Most of the backdrops are those that you might not normally appear before, and that’s the general idea. I’ll be looking for suggestions for backdrops at our morning meetings.
There are millions of very familiar items for sale in Second Life and some of them, like the sailboat and the airplane, can be used in the Ashram, with careful supervision.
I have a lot more backgrounds ready to be released, and I will get them up there and available for you as soon as I find the time to process the stuff onto a page.
In the meantime, enjoy these modest examples of greenscreen backdrops.
See You At The Top!!!
