A Few Views of Kitely

This is a terrific little amusement part in Kitely, and there’s a lot more fantastic scripting and building going on, with about 1,000 people per hour on the site.

I have no idea what this is, but it appears to be a shrine of some sort, with a couple of strange figures in the middle. I took a quick look and I’m just as mystified as before.

There are a whole bunch of Country and Western things on kitely, and one of the fun things is the rideable horse — you could build a very interesting rolling-hills sort of horse trail on your parcel, if you could get others to cooperate with you on the project.

Yes, the piano plays and you’re animated accordingly, if you sit on the bench.

This is a place of learning, on an educational island somewhere in kitely.

This little very Bardoesque scene was laid out in the Australian Outback scenario, which I recommend you take a look at.

By the way, no adult stuff is allowed on kitely — it’s strictly general to moderate, so that’s a relief, eh?

And here are some of this morning’s photos from my private building area in Kitely where I’m assembling a host of buildings to bring to the Main Island once we get it going.

This is the small private island I’m working with right now to build my buildings before we start with the Main Island.

Claude will have the central area for his Krell Labs installation, and the other spots are for Cloister members who will be learning building and scripting skills.

This is a double shopfront with a large upstairs apartment. It took about an hour to build the carpeted stairs.

Here’s my first prim-built shop front for kitely. It’s a single two-story shopfront.

I had a spare half-hour before breakfast this morning, so I build a small 18th Dynasty Egyptian Temple just for fun.

There’s the start of something big. I’m ready to put YOU to work in a cooperative project with your Ashram friends.

When will we begin??? It’s entirely up to YOU!!!

When I have enough commitments to go ahead with the purchase of the giant-sized property, I’ll do it on the spot.

I need at LEAST 40 participants who have the willpower and discipline to stay with the project for at least one year, starting whenever we can get going.

I can put the project up on the same day I get commitments to participate.

Cost? It’s gonna cost everyone a little, and nobody a lot. I hope you can swing at least $4.00 a month support — that’s the minimum we need to keep it going.

If you can manage more, that’d be great, and it can vary along with circumstances. We don’t have to pay the whole year in advance — it’s billed monthly.

If you can give more, then folks with absolutely nothing can work there, too. Some folks can’t even swing the $4 minimum, which we can all understand under these circumstances.

Don’t let money be an obstacle, and that goes for the Comedy Workshop next weekend, too — if you can’t afford it, lemme know, and I’ll make arrangements.

Money is never an issue here.

Everyone who wants a parcel and can help support the project will get oneĀ  — there’s plenty enough to go around, but it is limited in size, and the number of Avatars that can occupy the space is actually about 60, although they claim more. Lag is the issue.

The size of the project is absolutely enormous and the scope and planning is going to take most of the first three or four months, where we learn building techniques and how to plan a city, how to design a building, how to create a product.

Then we see where that can go.

You’ll be “role-playing” in the environment. It’s not a game, it’s a virtual world, an alternate universe in which you’re learning to operate from another space, very much like the Real World.

See You At The Top!!!
