I wanted you to see this chocolate video because I’ll be making truffles again this winter season as soon as the local temperature drops below 85 degrees, where it’s been hanging, along with the occasional 94 degree bursts — must be those darn solar flares again. Well, there goes the batch of Herbal Nightspore I was growing in my magic garden. I’ll have to use the wolfbane, but it louses up my monthly fur coat at the full moon.
You can order the truffles — they’re still only $20 for a fancy LARGE box of FOUR 72% DARK BELGIAN CHOCOLATE truffles. The bow is extra, I’m cutting it close as it is. If you want fancy gift wrapping, figure another $5 bucks for the stuff we’ll have to buy at retail — we don’t typically gift-wrap, but I’m open to the experience, if those guys at the Shark Tank want to talk turkey (gobble gobble gobble).
